The emergence of low cost carriers has created a gradual evolution in
European tourism. Statistics show that in 1999 17.5 million passengers used
LCC in Europe, by 2003 this figure increased to 85 million and a year later
to 107 million. Only now we are seeing the affects of this transport
revolution on tourism.

It's normal!
people wants to have a good service with a good price!
when i go in Italy I buy only the ticket from easyjet it's simple, rapid and i know that the service it's simple.
I think also that the other companies have to react their strategy if they want to survive.
Ex: Alitalia
